Questions

The things people ask first.

Is what I log about my child private?

Yes. Your entries are yours, scoped to your account, and we never use them to train AI models or sell them. Audio is never stored — a recording lives in memory for one request and is then gone. You can export everything or delete everything yourself, at any time, without asking us.

Is this a medical device?

No, and it is important that you treat it as a notebook rather than a nurse. It gives no medical advice, no dosing help and no interpretation, it cannot tell that a child is unwell, and it will not alert anyone. A medicine reminder is a note you asked us to keep, not a clinical instruction. If you are worried about your child, call a healthcare professional.

How do I cancel?

One link from Settings to the Stripe billing portal, and that is the whole flow — no phone call, no retention questions. Premium keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account goes back to the free plan.

What happens to my history if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. If you have more children logged than the free plan allows, the extra ones stop accepting new entries — everything already logged stays readable, exportable and editable — and you choose which child to archive. Only deleting your account removes data, and only you can do that.

Do I have to talk to it?

No. The same bar takes typed sentences, which is what most people use at 3am in a room where the baby has just gone down. Voice is the fast path, not the only one.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes, for one child, with no card and no expiry. It is the whole logbook: voice and typed logging, the full timeline, the day summary, your complete history and export. Premium adds capacity, not the basics.

Tonight you’ll be awake anyway.

Set it up in three minutes and let the logbook do the remembering.
